Quona Capital is expanding its team with the additional of an experienced growth investor. In this newly created position, the right candidate will find themselves charting the strategy for the firm's Opportunity Growth Fund II vehicle, with an expanded mandate from its original Opportunity Fund (including de novo later stage deals as well as later stage follow-ons into its existing stars). The right candidate will build out Quona's growth function in close collaboration with existing experienced investment and fundraising teams.

Role and Responsibilities

Quona is expanding its team with the addition of this experienced growth investor. This person will be responsible for building the growth product suite of Quona Capital. Quona currently has an Opportunity Growth Fund to enable reinvestment in strong performers within their portfolio. The firm is planning to raise an Opportunity Growth Fund II vehicle with an expanded mandate (including de novo later stage deals as well as later stage follow ons on its existing stars). Quona will bring on a leader to drive this effort – charting the strategy and building out the function in close collaboration with existing investment and fundraising teams. 

Professional Qualifications

• Seasoned growth investor in a check-writing position. 
• Strong track record investing in fintech companies.
• Exposure and success investing in emerging markets. 
• Experience building out a platform, building a team, and raising funds.
