Reports to: Co-Founder/Managing Partner and Director of Finance & Human Resources
Quona Capital is seeking a confident and dynamic Executive Office Associate based in Washington, DC, to support Quona's work and mission around the globe. The role will provide administrative support to the co-founding Managing Partner and HR coordination for a team of professionals based in multiple locations across the globe.
This position will work daily with the co-founding Managing Partner, aligning on priorities and using professional judgement to anticipate needs and manage scheduling and administrative aspects related to critical matters and activities for the company. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and trustworthy, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating across multiple geographies, time zones, and teams. Like the fintechs Quona backs, the environment involves juggling different priorities, management, and communication styles: ideal candidates will have high EQ and thrive in adapting to different cultures and working styles.

Executive Support [65% of time]. Support the Co-Founder/Managing Partner (MP) directly, and other partners/colleagues as needed to assess and juggle priorities, get ahead of potential meeting (or calendar) conflicts, and organize tasks that need to be done to facilitate smooth business operations. Proactivity, agility, composure, and the ability to multitask are critical to be successful in this role.

People Operations/Team Support [35% of time]. Work alongside the HR Manager to proactively and strategically build a fun and healthy workplace for the Quona team. This role acts as the glue to improve engagement and support the broader team.
