Ayanna joined Quona in 2021. Today she serves the firm as its People Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant.
Alongside the Head of Finance and Managing Partners, she works to help effectively assess and handle priorities and organize tasks to facilitate smooth business operations.
Along with this, Ayanna helps to strategically and proactively build a fun and healthy workplace for the Quona Capital team as the company's People Operations Coordinator.
She holds a Bachelors in Science from Siena College.
