Kristin Sadler is Director of Platform & Impact at Quona, where she has led the firm's impact and platform functions since 2018. She oversees Quona's impact measurement and management strategy, including how the firm defines, measures, and reports on portfolio impact for LPs and stakeholders. She also leads platform strategy, designing fintech programming and peer community-building experiences that add tangible value to Quona's portfolio founders and leaders.
Prior to Quona, Kristin supported Techstars' inaugural impact-focused accelerator and spent three years managing membership services at InterAction, an association of nearly 200 international development nonprofits.
Kristin holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, where she developed a deep interest in financial inclusion, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
