Adrienne Henderson joined Quona Capital in 2025 as a Senior Investment Associate on the Africa Cross-Border team. In this role, she focuses on the firm’s global strategy and cross-border investments while also working to foster the fintech ecosystem across the African region.

Before joining Quona, Adrienne built a diverse investment and advisory background spanning venture capital, private equity, and strategy consulting across the U.S., U.K., and Africa. She began her career with four years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) before transitioning into investing roles. She spent two years at the private equity firm Searchlight Capital Partners before moving into early-stage investments in Kenya with Equator Venture Capital.

Adrienne holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
