Disha Soni joined Quona in 2024 as Senior Investment Associate on the India and Southeast Asia team. She is focused on regional sourcing, evaluation and due diligence of investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies as they scale up their businesses.
Prior to Quona, Disha worked with Avendus in the Digital and Technology sector, where she helped multiple growth-stage startups raise funds. Curious to understand startups at a deeper operational level, Disha previously joined the strategy team at Curefit, an Indian startup in the health and fitness space, where she closely worked on multiple 0 to 1 initiatives. She began her career with the middle office of UBS Investment Bank, where she focused on healthcare transactions in the US and EMEA regions.
Disha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and her Bachelors from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
