Fernanda Rezende joined Quona Capital in 2024 as an Investment Analyst focused on Latin America. Based in São Paulo, she supports deal sourcing in Brazil, evaluates and conducts due diligence on investment opportunities, and works closely with portfolio companies as they scale across the region.

Fernanda has also worked closely with colleagues to publish several thought leadership pieces in the AI space.

Prior to Quona, Fernanda spent two years as a Growth Equity investor at an impact-driven fund, where she focused on healthcare and climate. In that role, she worked closely with mission-driven founders leveraging technology to address systemic challenges in emerging markets. This experience deepened her interest in venture capital and the role of innovation in expanding access and impact.

Fernanda holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of São Paulo.
