Kristin Sadler is Manager of Platform & Impact at Quona, and has been with the firm since 2018. Kristin leads Quona's impact measurement and management (IMM) strategy, including how the firm defines, measures, and reports on the impact of its portfolio. Kristin also heads Quona's platform strategy, which is focused on adding value to the firm's portfolio leaders through fintech programming and community building.
Prior to Quona, Kristin worked with Techstars’ inaugural impact-focused accelerator program to provide hands-on support to early-stage companies focused on global social and environmental impact. She also spent 3 years managing membership services InterAction, an association of almost 200 non-profit organizations working in international development.
